Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Part A applies from 4 November 2026, everything else from 11 November 2026

1. Scope

This policy covers every Ezkielyna service: the ezkielyna.store website, the Telegram bot, the Mini App, Ezkielyna API (api.ezkielyna.store), Ezkielyna Studio and the Partner API. It is part of the Terms of Service. By signing up, buying or using a service you agree to follow it.

"Uncensored" models only refuse fewer questions. They do not change these rules.

2. Severe violations: immediate permanent ban, no warning (Part A, applies from 4 November 2026)

  • Sexual content involving minors in any form, including text, images and AI-generated content.
  • Creating or spreading malware, ransomware, phishing, carding, or tools to attack or break into others.
  • Instructions for weapons, explosives, chemical or biological weapons, or narcotics.
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking and exploitation.
  • Fraud and scams, online gambling, and other content that breaks the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including the ITE, Pornography and Personal Data Protection laws.
  • Intimate images or deepfakes of real people without their consent.
  • Collecting or exposing other people's personal data without a right to do so (doxxing).
  • Attacking our systems: DDoS, scanning or exploiting vulnerabilities, trying to get into other people's accounts, or gaming the billing, balance or quota systems.
  • Payment fraud: fake transfer proof, false chargebacks or disputes, stolen cards or accounts, and money laundering.

3. Serious violations (from 11 November 2026)

  • Reselling, renting or sharing an account, API key or plan access without written permission, including putting a key behind a public service, bot or proxy used by others.
  • Creating more than one account for a trial, promo, bonus or referral. This includes email aliases, dotted Gmail addresses, fake numbers or devices, and VPN or datacenter farms.
  • Getting around limits: rotating many keys or accounts, or bulk automated scripts on Flash, Flash Max, Luna or Paket Claude plans beyond reasonable personal use.
  • Using the services for mass spam, such as email, WhatsApp, comments or SEO spam.
  • Opening a payment dispute after the product was delivered.
  • Signing up again after an account was disabled (ban evasion).
  • Threatening, extorting or harassing our staff or other users.

4. Minor violations (from 11 November 2026)

  • Repeatedly hitting the account's or plan's requests-per-minute (RPM) limit, such as automatic retries with no pause after being refused, or a load meant to disrupt the service. Every account and plan has its own RPM limit, enforced automatically; there is no separate limit on concurrent requests.
  • Using a product in a way its product or plan terms do not allow, where this is not a serious violation.

5. Penalties

Minor
Action: 1) Written warning by email or Telegram. 2) A second violation within 30 days: the account is limited for 7 days (lower speed, restricted models, or the plan paused; the plan period is not extended). 3) A third violation: treated as a serious violation.
Serious
Action: The account and all its API keys are disabled. All balance (bought and bonus) and any remaining plan time are forfeited with no refund. Referral bonuses and commissions are cancelled. Every linked account (same device, IP, email, number or payment method) is disabled too.
Severe
Action: Immediate permanent ban with no warning. All balance and plans are forfeited with no refund. Blocked from every Ezkielyna service (account, device, email, number, bank account and wallet). Where there are signs of a crime, the data we hold is handed to law enforcement as the law allows. We will recover our losses, such as chargebacks and their fees.

Also:

  • We may suspend an account at once while we investigate signs of a serious or severe violation.
  • The account owner is responsible for all use of the account and its keys, including use by other people.
  • New accounts created to get around a ban are disabled too, and their balance is forfeited.

6. How we detect violations

We log usage metadata: time, model, token counts, status, IP address and a device identifier. The gateway logs do not store prompt or response content. Reports from model providers, payment partners, the authorities or other users can also be the basis for action.

7. Appeals

Minor and serious violations can be appealed within 7 days through the Support Center, with a ticket titled "Appeal" and supporting evidence. We answer within 7 days, and the decision on an appeal is final. Severe violations cannot be appealed.

8. Reporting

Report abuse to [email protected] or through the Support Center. We keep the reporter's identity private.
