Data we process

Security and retention
Passwords are stored as hashes. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys, redemption codes, or verification links through support. Data is retained only as reasonably needed for service, security, transaction records, disputes, and applicable obligations.
Privacy requests
Use Support Center while logged in for privacy questions or account-related requests. Account-ownership verification may be required before a request is processed.
