How to choose a digital product at Ezkielyna Store

Every listing should tell you what is delivered, how long it lasts, whether it is in stock and what warranty applies. Read the product page before paying because stock, supplier availability and prices can change.

Access types

Private account: Intended for one buyer. Check whether the account is created for you, activated on your email or delivered as a login.
Shared account: Used by multiple customers and usually cheaper. Do not store confidential conversations or change account settings unless the listing allows it.
Redeem code or activation: A code or activation flow is delivered after payment. Check the supported region, account state and redemption instructions.

Stock and delivery

Automatic products normally appear on the order page after payment verification. Pre-orders and admin-processed items have a separate estimated processing time. “In stock” means the listing can currently be fulfilled; it is not a promise that a supplier's stock will never change.

Warranty and support

Warranty coverage is product-specific. Keep the order page and follow the listing rules. For problems, open a support ticket with the order reference; never send a password, API key, redeem code or payment screenshot in a public group.
